Florida Real Estate License Reciprocity / Mutual Recognition


 Florida has reciprocity and mutual recognition with the following states:

    • Alabama
    • Arkansas
    • Colorado
    • Connecticut
    • Georgia
    • Indiana
    • Kentucky
    • Mississippi
    • Nebraska
    • Okalahoma
    • Tennessee

  • If you currently have a real estate license in any of these states, then you can get your Florida sales associate license by passing a 40 question Florida real estate law exam.  OR, if you want to be your own boss, then simply become a Florida real estate BROKER by enrolling in our broker course.  As long as you have had your license in ANY state for 12 months you can qualify for a Florida broker license.
