Real Estate License Course Grants

At Florida Real Estate School Online, we give all our sales associate pre-license students information on an apprentice program where you can get reimbursed for the cost of your Florida real estate license course.

There are 5,000 awards given twice per year worth over $1,000,000. The grand prize winner (two times per year) receives reimbursement for all fees plus unlimited courses from 240 real estate schools for one year. The top 20 finalists and semi-finalists (twice per year, so that is 40 people) receive two free real estate courses from any of 240 real estate schools. This can cover all of your required post-licensing real estate education required by the State of Florida!

Judging:
You are judged for salesmanship and communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, creativity and uniqueness.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Participation is limited to US/Canadian citizens or legal residents who are currently taking or who have recently taken for the first time, a real estate pre-licensing course through a state or nationally accredited Real Estate School. Winning applicants must at the time of award have passed their state/province real estate licensing examination and be a licensed agent in good standing. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. The Grant does not discriminate and is fair and impartial regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability, marital status, political affiliation and sexual orientation.
