Timeline
This Florida real estate license course can be completed at your own pace, whether that is in 3 days or in one year!  You have one full year to complete this course.  The state of Florida will take approximately 3-4 weeks to process your application which means you could be licensed only ONE MONTH FROM TODAY!

This course gives you the 63 hours of credit you need in order to become a licensed real estate sales associate. You must also meet the following requirements, unless exempted from one or more of the respective requirements by the Florida Real Estate Commission: be at least 18 years of age; be a high school graduate or holder of a certificate of equivalency (from any country); and pass the Florida real estate exam. You do NOT need to be a resident of Florida or be a citizen of the USA.

You will be able to access the course from any computer worldwide that has internet access, OR you can order the CD-ROM Format (No internet connection is required).

This course introduces the basic principles and theories of property based on Florida real estate license law and the Florida Real Estate Commission's regulations on real estate matters in Florida.

This course prepares the student for a career in real estate sales.
