Getting a Florida Real Estate Broker License is getting much more difficult starting in April 2011. The new broker state exam is going to be longer with new practicum exam questions added in. The state exam is probably going from a 3 hour exam to a 6 hour exam, plus the exam fee will probably increase. All of this is to take place in April, 2011. Do you meet the qualifications needed to become a Florida Real Estate Broker?
1. Currently hold a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.
2. Your license has been ACTIVE for at least 24 months within the preceding 5 years employed with either a Real Estate Broker or Government Agency. (Owner Developer does not count)
OR
3. If you have a Salespersons or Brokers Real Estate License from ANY State and you have been ACTIVE for at least 24 months employed with either a Real Estate Broker or Government Agency, then you are QUALIFIED to enroll in our online or CD-ROM Broker Real Estate License course.
