Who are we?

Florida Real Estate School Online is based in Clearwater, Florida (near Tampa).  We were approved by the State of Florida to offer online and CD-ROM courses in 2002 immediately after the Florida legislature allowed distance learning for Florida real estate license courses.  We offered the first course in 2004 and have been among the first online real estate schools in the state. 

We have over 30,000 previous customers and most of our business is by referral or by repeat customers.
